I can officially say that Hercules was my hero.
After another cleaning company rescheduled on me I called Hercules.
Not only did a real human being immediately answer the phone, but she was kind and understanding. Additionally even though I couldn't get same day service (they were booked solid - go figure) We made arrangements for an appointment the next day. Carla showed up on time, was friendly and respectful of my property, confirmed what I needed done, and got to work. My windows have NEVER been cleaner, they're like mirrors. Will definitely hire them again!

I recently hired Hercules for a one-time deep clean and I was amazed by the results. The team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to transform my condo. They paid special attention to areas that needed extra care such as walls, corners, wall molding that was dirty after years of living here with 2 dogs and left my floors, windows, walls, and appliances shining. They were very friendly and patient with my directions since I like it a certain way. I was impressed by their efficiency and the level of professionalism displayed throughout the service. I would definitely use their services again.

I hired Hercules to clean my house about 2 months ago. Ingrid and Edelmira cleaned my home. I am extremely picky and this was definitely the best cleaning I've had. It wasn't perfect but considering it was 2 people for 3.5 hours, it was almost perfect. I loved how the company has made everything convenient with online payment, text notifications, etc. I was also so impressed when I was asked to inspect my house after the clean to make sure it was up to my standards - I've never had another cleaning service do that! I just wish it was more affordable. I don't think I can afford to have the ladies come once a month, which makes me sad, but for a special treat, this is the place you need to hire!!

Ive been using Bessis service for about 7 months now. Bessi and Jessica are very professional, meticulous, communicative, and efficient at their work. I love the spotless house after their visits. They are also very polite and personable people, which is a big plus when you have them working in your house on a regular base. My toddler and my dog both love them.
